I love working with Sarah - whether in a class or with her as my personal trainer - as she manages to balance sufficient physical challenge with encouragement and kindness. My approach to personal training is slightly different to many other trainers out there. I believe that remaining healthy and active for life is far more important than any short-term fitness or weight-loss fix, and the secret to staying healthy and active for as long as possible is to find out what feels right for you: what you enjoy, what motivates you, what fits into your lifestyle, and what makes you feel like the truest, most well-balanced version of yourself.

Working with me

Exercise is about so much more than how you look or whether you're following the latest fitness trends. It's about improving mental wellbeing, increasing energy for day-to-day activities, maintaining health and agility as you age, building self-esteem and, most importantly, having fun.

 

I have years of personal and professional experience teaching dance, weight training, interval training, sports-inspired training, flexibility training, core work, exercise to music, circuits, and even running around a field like a lunatic! I will work with you to figure out your personal goals and preferences and help you to build a healthy lifestyle that feels achievable and enjoyable.

 

If you are new to exercise or haven't worked out for a while, that's fine. I can introduce you to a range of different movements and workouts to find out what you enjoy. And if we discover that the movement-type that makes you feel most alive isn’t within my skill set, I will help you to find resources, classes or another professional who can help.

FREE 15–20 minute initial consultation

This is an initial chat to discuss what you would like to get out of your sessions and to figure out whether I am the right trainer for you. This initial consultation can be via phone or zoom. If you would prefer to correspond via email or Whatsapp, that's fine too.

Individually booked sessions £55 per hour*

Block booked sessions (minimum of 4) £45 per hour*

Small group sessions (1 hour)

Small group training with friends for up to 4 people.
