I really enjoy Sarah’s tap classes - they are a great way to end the weekend. It has been nice to revisit the tap I learnt when I was younger as well as learn lots of new things from Sarah. Sarah is great at adapting steps for different abilities, making the class accessible to everyone. It’s a great workout and, most importantly, a lot of fun!

There is nothing like dancing to make you feel good in your body and soul. I began training in ballet, tap and modern when I was just 3 years old and I have danced ever since. Whether you are a complete beginner or already dance to a high level and want to continue your dance training, I can help.

I offer private dance and movement lessons in a range of styles, as well as one-to-one strength and conditioning training for dancers. If you would like to find out more about booking a private lesson or training session, please drop me an email.

I currently run a Barre Fit class and an adult tap dancing class in Deddington, which you can find out about here. I hope to start up more group dance classes in the coming months so if you are interested in attending a lyrical jazz, all-levels adult tap class or cardio dance session, please email me to let me know.

FREE 15–20 minute initial consultation

This is an initial chat to discuss what you would like to get out of your sessions and to figure out whether I am the right trainer for you. This initial consultation can be via phone or zoom. If you would prefer to correspond via email or Whatsapp, that's fine too.

1-to-1 sessions (1 hour)

Individually booked sessions £55 per hour*

Block booked sessions (minimum of 4) £45 per hour*

Small group sessions (1 hour)

Small group training with friends for up to 4 people.
