Hi, I’m Sarah – a transformative coach, mentor, writer, dance teacher, body confidence advocate, former personal trainer, mum, and passionate supporter of anyone who dreams of improving their health and wellbeing.

Drawing from both my personal journey and my professional experience in the health and fitness industry, I understand the hurdles people face when it comes to making lasting change. Confusion, overwhelm, lack of confidence and self-belief, lack of time, finances and support, fluctuating levels of energy and motivation, and self-sabotage are just a few of the challenges that can stand in the way of our health goals.

My mission is to help people overcome these obstacles, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and discover what true health looks like for them.

Being healthy is not about following ‘one-size-fits-all’ plans. It’s not about boot camps, restrictive diets, or short-term fixes. It's about taking one step at a time to optimise your energy, lifestyle, mindset and mental and physical wellbeing so that you can live a more intentional, joyful and authentic life. Being healthy is a lifelong journey, and I believe that the key to your success is learning to enjoy the process.

Healthy living is often portrayed as this magical, stand alone, morally perfect way of being. Much of the ‘advice’ given (whether solicited or not) centres around body weight and physical appearance as though looking a certain way is the ultimate sign of health. Health and fitness experts, influencers, reporters and even medical professionals tell us all the things we 'should' do without addressing the practical and psychological barriers that can often make following this advice feel impossible.

I’ve met so many people who are desperate to improve their overall mental and physical wellbeing but who cannot see a way to ‘fit it all in’. They’re struggling to keep up with their hectic lifestyle, their work/life balance is entirely off, and they feel like they’re “failing” everything and everyone around them. They feel anxious and stressed, stuck and hopeless, burned-out and ashamed that they are unable to achieve society's unobtainable expectations of perfection.

If any of this resonates with you, I want you to know that you are not alone. I also want you to know that there is another way. With some time, commitment, and an openness to experiment, I believe you can create a life that allows you to be your truest, healthiest self.
